MONEY BACK GUARANTEE:

  • You have 48 hours to inspect and use your appliances
  • If the model doesn’t match the listing or you experience any functionality issues, call 512.537.7050 to start a claim
  • Your funds will be held by SimpleTrade while we investigate and try to reach a resolution with the seller


How to Qualify:

  1. Find listings with the ‘GUARANTEE’ badge
  2. Pay online or over the phone 512.537.7050 (Cash-on-delivery purchases do NOT qualify)
  3. Inspect and use your appliances during the 48 hour window


Dispute Process:

  1. Call 512.537.7050 to start a claim
  2. Your funds will be held by SimpleTrade while we investigate and try to reach a resolution with the seller
  3. If we find in your favor, the full purchase price of the appliances will be returned to you


Inspecting your Appliances:

  • Make sure the model in your purchase confirmation email matches what was delivered
  • Look for rust and cosmetic damage not disclosed in the listing
  • Check functionality: listen for loud noises, look for water leaks and wash & dry a few loads
