How do I register?

Click on ‘Register’ at the top-right of any page and enter: username, email, password and registration details. You can also click here to register.

How do I log into my account?

Click on ‘Login’ at the top-right of any page and enter your email address and password.

How do I change my account email?

To change your email address, log in, then click on ‘My Dashboard’ at the top-right of the page. Next, click on ‘Edit Profile’ under ‘User Options’. Then, type in your new email address in the ‘Email’ field, scroll to the bottom of the page, and click on ‘Update Profile’.

How do I change my password?

To change your password, log in, then click on ‘My Dashboard’ at the top-right of the page.  Next, click on ‘Edit Profile’ under ‘User Options’. Then, fill in the ‘New Password’ field, confirm it in the ‘Password Again’ field, scroll to the bottom of the page, and click on ‘Update Profile’.

I can’t remember my password.

Click on ‘Login’ at the top-right of any page and click on ‘Lost your password?’. A new password will be sent to the email address we have on file for you.

How do I delete my account?

To delete your account, simply send us an email with your username and email address using the contact form here. Please write ‘delete account’ in the subject line.

How do I post an ad?

Click on ‘Sell Your Device’ in the main navigation menu. This will guide you through our simple posting process. If you run into errors,  please read our tutorial here. I can't upload images from my Android device

How do I edit my ad?

Log into your account and click on ‘My Dashboard’. From there, locate the ad you wish to change and click the pencil icon under ‘Options’ in your Dashboard.

How do I delete my ad?

Log into your account and click on ‘My Dashboard’. From there, locate the ad you wish to change and click the ‘X’ icon under ‘Options’ in your Dashboard. This action is not reversible and your ad will be removed forever.

How do I add or remove pictures?

Log into your account and click on ‘My Dashboard’. From there, locate the ad you wish to change and click the pencil icon under ‘Options’ in your Dashboard. Scroll down until you see the ‘Images’ area. Each ad can have up to ten pictures.

When will my ad expire?

Your ad will be live for 14 days.

How do I relist an expired ad

To renew your ad after 14 days, log into your account, click on ‘My Dashboard’, locate the ad you wish to relist and select ‘Relist Ad’. It will be ‘live’ for another 14 days.

Is it free to post ads?

You can post ads, browse ads and respond to ads all for Free.

Do I need an account to post an ad?

Yes. You can register here for free.

How do I find my ad once it has been posted?

You’ll receive a confirmation email with a link to your ad. However, first time sellers may have to wait up to 48 hours for approval before an ad is posted!

My ad has been posted, but I can’t find it.

First time posters may have to wait up to 48 hours for approval before an ad is posted! You can find your ad by: 1) click on ‘View Local Listings’ and selecting your area in the main navigation menu. 2) Click ‘For Sale’ in the main navigation menu. 3) Select a category. 4) From there, you can use the search bar or  continue to click on ‘Sub Categories’ until you see listings for your device. Make sure you are browsing in the correct geographic location.

How do buyers contact me?

You can post your phone number, email, etc. and your contact method preference (call vs. text, etc.). If someone responds to your ad using our online contact form, our system will send the message to your email address.
